We want you to have the best experience possible and enjoy shopping with us. Therefore below we have specified our delivery costs.

POSTAGE AND DELIVERY COSTS
We aim to have your order ready for posting within 3 working days.
Items will be sent by Royal Mail or Parcel Force Tracked Delivery 48 hr service.

Postage is free for mainland UK orders.
We can no longer ship to the USA and Europe due to the new tariffs introduced in 2025.
RETURNS
Items can be returned within 14 days and will be accepted if they do not show signs of use and are not damaged. Returns should be sent in an appropriate box to avoid damage on the return. Just About Light is not responsible for any damage occurring during transit. Any damage to the box and hence to the contents inside during transit should be taken up with the delivery company. In the unlikely event that your product is faulty with no signs of damage on the box, please contact me through the website
