All my products have been photographed to show colour and light as accurately as possible. My products are all made by hand which means there may be slight variations between one batch of ink and another but every effort is made at all times to create a product you will be happy with. All the sizes are the same for the lanterns and for the lampshades.
Card payments can be made securely on line through Shopify.

POSTAGE AND DELIVERY COSTS
Items will be sent by Royal Mail for small parcels and by Parcel Force for larger packages.

Overseas: £8.00
Delays during postage are not the responsibility of Just About Light. Any Customs and import duties for international deliveries are the responsibility of the customer.
RETURNS
Items can be returned within 14 days and will be accepted if they do not show signs of use and are not damaged. Returns should be sent in an appropriate box to avoid damage on the return. Just About Light is not responsible for any damage occurring during transit. Any damage to the box and hence to the contents inside during transit should be taken up with the delivery company. In the unlikely event that your product is faulty with no signs of damage on the box, please contact me through the website
